1.Who are you?  We are a home-grown conscious children'swear brand , who believe in environmental preservation , hence only using sustainable material to make apparels with wide options to choose from.

2.Where are you based? We are based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

3.Which countries do you deliver to? For now, we are  only operating in India. So we deliver to any pincode in India. We are working hard to  be able to provide worldwide shipping very soon.


4.Is your website safe? the mulyo.in website complies with the highest security standards and you can shop with complete confidence. Our checkout is encrypted and fully PCI DSS compliant .

5.What customer information do you store ?  We only store informations relevant to fulfilling your order i.e your contact number and mail id, shipping and Billing address. Our credit card processing is managed by external payment provider and we do not have access to that data at any time.

6.What is the process for customisation?  Right now we are not providing customisation option . We will soon start on the same and shall upload the process here .

7.If I'm not sure about the size , how can you help me choose the right size for my child?  We follow the standard size chart for kidswear , which we have provided as "size guide" in our website. If you're still not sure then mail us at  info@mulyo.in or call us on 09365568068, To speak to our customer care executive for necessary guidance. Don't forget to keep your kid's measurements ready.

8.How do I wash or care for the fabric/outfit? MULYO provides washcare information  with each piece of apparel  along with fabric information and composition .

9.How do you find inspiration for new products? Primarily we take inspiration from the childhood memories and favorites of our founders and designers . Nature and it's connectiion with humankind also plays a major part in inspiring MULYO for a new collection. Also keeping our audience and their choices in mind ,the styles that sell the best seem to be an integral part of it as well.


10.What is the Value behind the brand? "MULYO" -is a Sanskrit word, means values or ethics. the brand aspires to infuse the idea of sustainability and conscious clothing, offering a versatility of designs , that will inspire the little ones to be more experimental with their style and help them discover the truest versions of themselves with more environmental responsibility,all the while uplifting the local artisans to a global platform.

11.Is it cruelty free? Yes . MULYO is 100% cruelty free. We do not use any animal derived product or use materials that could cause damage to the environment.

12.Are some fabrics more sustainable than others? Yes. Sustainability depends on a few factors. Such as  sourcing process, durability, whether it's reusable and biodegradable and so on . Some  Fabrics such as wool and cotton are more sustainable  since they are easily biodegradable. Wool has the quality of reusability . Also to be noted  that not all pure fabrics are sustainable. And  none of the polyester fabrics are sustainable.


13.Do you use conventional cotton or organic cotton? What's the difference? Conventional cotton farming chiefly uses genetically modified or chemically treated seeds. These are resistant to pests and produce a larger crop. For organic cotton, the use of genetically modified seeds is forbidden, and pesticides and synthetic fertilisers are not permitted, so definitely organic cotton is more sustainable and better for the planet . We use organic cotton only.

14.What is your area of expertise?   We expertise in procuring sustainable and environmentally responsible hand crafted textile from different corners of India and incorporating beautiful hand embroidery to  give birth to ethical apparels for children.

17.Are your fabrics pre washed?  Yes. Our  Fabrics are pre-washed so that they are free of starch and manufacturing dirt and stains, to make sure we provide the comfort  and hygiene necessary for every child.

18.What is more durable? Hand embroidery or machine embroidery? Hand embroidery is more durable. While doing the Hand embroidery,every time the artisan changes the thread , the end is secured by a knot under the cloth. This makes the embroidery stronger and so more durable. But machine embroidery can be less durable since there are no knots when one part is completed.

19.What sustainability protocol do you follow? MULYO is being  sustainable and environmentally  responsible by contributing to the following -   

• Using Ethically sourced sustainable textile                             
• Fairly Compensation the female residents of Sewa Bharti, a Non-governmental Organisation who helped the brand with their excuisite hand embroidery skills.                     
• By producing biodegradable and environmental friendly waste and at a low quantity.                     
•By recycling and reusing.
